At Boston’s Action Kitchen, clients dined on a five star meal while listening to a live band. The catch? The cooks were none other than the dinner guests themselves. These master chefs-in-training whipped up handmade pasta, dry aged rib-eye, a lemon soufflé for dessert, and washed it down with plenty of wine.
