The Dataline data is fully integrated with LiveRamp, a CRM company specializing in bringing offline consumer data segments online for digital advertising campaigns.
Once the client model is built, a display segment is created by Dataline selecting the top percentiles from the model. Segment sizes vary and can be anywhere from 2 to 4 million unique users.
Unique ID numbers from the segments are passed from Dataline to LiveRamp. LiveRamp executes on the integration of the custom segment (cookie inventory) with a DSP of choice. DSP or agency executes on the campaign.
There is no cost to create the model. A sample size of 25,000 records is recommended to create the model.
